A waterproof sail

“In the inner courtyard of Mas de So, a Provencal guest house overlooking vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields, the owners have chosen a natural shading solution that blends in with the raw authenticity of the surroundings. A large, watertight cotton sail covers part of the terrace, so you can enjoy lunch in the shade or relax in the cosy sofas nearby. Another great idea is to cover the floor with a terracotta-colored waxed concrete, which adds a modern touch while respecting the colors of the region. Shade sail in waterproof fabric, system with wooden pulleys and traditional rope from 10000€ Sunwmg Products Solen. Waxed concrete by Marius Aurentl. Rectangular teak table and Royal Botania chairs.”

Black and gold duo

“To liven up this kitchen with white furniture, the owner chose a black and gold partition. The matte-black walls, shelves and hood form a setting for the gilded glass mosaic credenza, the hanging lamp and the gold-leaf blinds, which complete the décor with elegance. Glass mosaic, inlaid gold leaf, “Arabia Gold”, 29.5 x 29.5 cm, €19.80 each, Porcelanosa. Paint, color T2130, Tollens. Hanging lamp, Du Bout du Monde. Blinds, Dominique Picquier Cuisine, lkea. Waxed concrete top, Matières Marius Aurenti.”
