Vigorn slab (concrete slab)
Vigorn large-format fiber-reinforced concrete slab
Our development teams have put their 25 years of experience at Vigorn’s service to create a ready-to-install concrete slab that’s lighter than a screed, with all the characteristics and qualities of Marius Aurenti waxed concrete.
Its extra-large format creates visual unity in the pure spirit of concrete paving, for a singular, contemporary interior.
The Vigorn slab allows ultra-fast installation and immediate commissioning. Easy to lay and cut, it can be glued to interior floors.
Its mechanical properties make it ideal for use in commercial and residential premises.
Its astonishing flexural strength, with no risk of cracking, means it can be installed on damaged structures and wooden floors.
Over 5,000 m2 of interior design and layout work has already been completed.

VIGORN
Ultra-thin large-format fiber-reinforced concrete slab
Presentation
Vigorn is the brand name for a concrete panel that combines aesthetics, strength and lightness. It’s the fruit of the French know-how of Marius Aurenti, a specialist in decorative concrete since 1982.
Its extra-large format makes for rapid installation and, with very few joints, creates a beautiful visual unity in the pure spirit of concrete paving, for a singular, contemporary interior.
With immediate re-commissioning on any substrate, it eliminates substrate and site constraints, and can be installed and commissioned in just two days, with no special training required for installers. Its resistance makes it ideal for use in ERP premises, stores, restaurants and hotels.
Already three years in the field and almost 100 achievements.

Care and maintenance
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
The Vigorn panel is protected by a waterproof varnish, but is not designed for use in areas with standing or permanent water.
Therefore, be sure to :
- Avoid water stagnation under pots, bowls and mats
- Choose a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser with a receptacle and avoid splashing on the floor. After several years and depending on use, the joints between panels and the protective varnish can be renewed.
MAINTENANCE
Clean with
Marius Aurenti Floor Cleaner
and water. Make sure you use the correct quantity, as these are highly effective professional products.
Don’t hesitate to scrub the floor with your floorcloth. The use of a scrubber-drier or a single-brush machine with a suitable disc is possible for large surfaces.
Renew wash water (warm or hot water).
Do not expose the coating to water or steam temperatures in excess of 80°C.
Rinsing with water eliminates deposits of cleaning products that can eventually clog the floor.
Clean white limescale marks with
Marius Aurenti Antibacterial Limescale Cleaner
and rinse with water.
Clean the greasiest areas (worktops, kitchen floors…) with the
Marius Aurenti Cleaner Degreaser
multi-purpose cleaner diluted 1 to 2% and rinse with water.
Clean persistent surface marks, such as black shoe marks, with a scraping sponge for sensitive surfaces such as enamel or glass-ceramic.
Green sponges can scratch varnish.
Do not add black soap, linseed oil or other nourishing products to surfaces, to avoid clogging.
A repair kit is available for local panel repairs.

(*): Study carried out on a panel of 12 recognized polishers in the waxed concrete market:
From 2 hours exposure :
Between 85% and 95% of varnishes on the market have vinegar or acetic acid stains (10% solution).
From 5 minutes of exposure :
More than 65% of varnishes on the market stain when exposed to acetone More than 75% of varnishes on the market stain when crushed by a cigarette, and 100% of varnishes tested are sensitive to ballpoint pen ink.
